While working with the in-house design team at Amelia Knight, i was able to shape how the digital experience between Glow Hub and their customers was designed, from introducing z research to the wide team, to bring awareness on accessibility company wide & building their first design system.

Making use of various research methods in order to uncover assumptions and optimise performance of various areas within the e-commerce. Research usually include different methods such heatmaps, quantitative and qualitative research, user walkthroughs, etc.

As a result of my work for Glow Hub during 4 years, we've seen an increase on ROI over various products due to to improved and easier access for customers.
